Seed to Bottle
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE GMP COMPLIANT?
1. Safe for consumers
2. The actual potency of the product and claim of the potency on the product label matches
Step 1: Sourcing and Testing
The hemp sourced for our products is grown and extracted in Colorado and is: Organically grown, Non-GMO, sustainable, grown indoors in a state-of-the-art facility, and pesticide-free. First, the purity of the plant is tested and confirmed satisfactory to continue on to the manufacturing stage. Testing is carried out on all the materials involved in the manufacturing and packaging of the final product.
Step 2: Extracting Oil
The harvested hemp flowers are crushed and ground in order to increase surface area. They then run through the extraction machine. The extraction machine uses CO2 to dissolve only the required extracts. This is the first step in producing a pure product.
Step 3: THC Removal + Refining
Removing THC and the remaining impurities are some of the most important steps in the manufacturing process and require the most care and caution. In the absence of an experienced processing technician, precious terpenes and cannabinoids can be destroyed which compromises the integrity of the product. The proper temperature, circulation, and vacuum manipulation are critical for the extraction of various cannabis extracts. Testing is then carried out on the ultra-premium phytocannabinoid-rich hemp extract.
Step 4: Product Formulation
Each ingredient used to craft our products is simple and has a purpose. Ingredients include: natural terpenes, Broad-spectrum (THC-free) hemp extract, and powerful yet delicate plant-based botanical ingredients. These complementary ingredients provide you with an exceptional experience and we GUARANTEE consistency batch after batch!
Step 5: Testing the Final Product
As we mentioned above, every batch receives the most comprehensive testing available: Microbial (E. coli, yeast, mold) Potency (ensuring what's on the label is in the bottle) Heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium) and Pesticides. Each of our products includes a QR code linking to third-party testing results for the finished product.
Step 6: Packaging
The final product is packaged and labeled precisely. The materials used are food-grade to ensure the product does not lose its efficacy. The labels are produced carefully to make sure all claims are 100% accurate.
Step 7: Warehouse and Delivery
The product is then stored and transported in modified climatic conditions to ensure the product does not lose its effectiveness or become contaminated or compromised in any way.
